These 3-D Wall Plaks feature card images from the Original 1st, 2nd and 3rd Series Garbage Pail Kids. Each image is indeed 3-D, as certain parts of the character have been raised in the molded plastic. The plastic is incredibly thin on these items and cracks easily. Each plak is shaped to look like it is in a wooden frame and was intended for hanging on the walls. On the back of each plak are two small pieces of double-sided tape that were to be used to hang them.

The front of the cardboard packaging has a small circle intended for the merchant to write in a price, as well as a helpful description box stating 'With Fake Wood Frame'. The back of the cardboard packaging features the text "Collect All 12 Or Else!", and features an image checklist for the 12 different wall plaks.
